About the Opportunity

As a Product Education Specialist, you will have the opportunity to lead impactful training sessions, design engaging educational content, and ensure that our team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to excel. This role is perfect for someone passionate about learning and development and looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.


What Will You Do

  • Lead Training Sessions: Conduct training sessions for new joiners and internal employees to ensure effective product usage and knowledge transfer.
  • Create Educational Content: Develop and update training materials, user guides, tutorials, and other educational content for new joiners and employees.
  • Design Learning Experiences: Design engaging and interactive learning experiences, including video tutorials and e-learning modules, to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Plan and Execute Training Programs: Plan a weekly check-up and demo sessions for new joiners, ensuring they receive comprehensive support and guidance.
  • 30-60-90 Day Planning: Develop in-depth plans for the first 30, 60, and 90 days, outlining training objectives, expectations, and outcomes for new employees.


What Will You Need

  • Experience in Training and Development: Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information in an understandable manner.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with e-learning platforms, video editing software, and other training tools to create high-quality educational content.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training programs, schedules, and materials efficiently.
  • Adaptability and Creativity: Ability to adapt to changing needs and create innovative training solutions that engage and inspire learners.
